A LITTLE ABOUT TRI CITIES
GRACE FELLOWSHIP...
At Tri Cities Grace Fellowship, our desire is to minister the
grace and peace of God in the Tri Cities area.
We want to first and foremost ensure those that visit us, hear
us, or watch us know how to be saved and enjoy an eternity
with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. According to Ephesians 2:8-9,
salvation is received not by any work or good deed, but by simply
placing one's trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the
cross of Calvary (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), believing that he came
here, fulfilled the life we cannot fulfill ourselves, then gave
himself freely as the sacrifice for our sins. This free gift of
salvation is open to all who will simply believe it.
Next, we want to instruct folks in their walk of faith and
walking in the Spirit and not fulfilling the lust of the flesh
(Galatians 5:16). As Christians, we are the ambassadors for Christ
in a world whose god is Satan. We should let the love of Christ show
forth through our lives in what we say and do (1 Corinthians 10:31),
and the word of God is the instruction for Godly living. We not only want to see folks saved, we want to see them allow Christ
to be the center of their lives and show forth through them.
Finally, we want to do our best to help folks understand the
Bible. The Bible is commonly referred to as a book that can't be
understood, but the key is that it takes work to understand the
Bible. It takes a commitment to study and learn what God has done,
is doing, and will do.
Our assembly does not thrive on programs, music, etc. While there
is nothing wrong with these things, our focus is to study the
scriptures. In a visit, you'd likely be amazed at the number of
scripture verses used in a church service.
We believe all these things - a saving relationship with Christ,
understanding of sound doctrine, being rooted and grounded in faith
- are vital to a solid foundation for a Christian.
We invite you to join us in person, by television, or by
stopping by our website anytime and we sincerely hope we can be of
some help or impact in your life.
Grace and Peace!
